Scouting for Food Recap

During the week of February 9th, over 15 scouts distributed flyers and collected food for the Salvation Army. Total items collected was 1,647!  Thats a little better than 1 per house in our target area (1500 homes).  The scouts did a great job collecting bags and knocking on doors to ask for donations.

The Salvation Army was extremely impressed with the quantity of items and the quality of food. Mary from Salvation Army must have thanked us about 100 times!
